El presidente de la Cámara de Diputados de la Nación, Sergio Massa, emitió una resolución con la que terminó de conformar las comisiones de trabajo. Blanca Osuna; Marcelo Casaretto; Mayda Cresto y Carolina Gaillard por el oficialismo y Gabriela Lena (Cambiemos) presidirán comisiones en esta nueva distribución.
Mayda Cresto presidirá la Comisión de Poderes.
En los primeros meses de este año, sólo diez comisiones pudieron cumplimentar con lo dispuesto en el reglamento interno, sobre la designación de autoridades y puesta en marcha de las comisiones. Estas fueron: Presupuesto y Hacienda; Legislación General; Finanzas; Previsión y Seguridad Social; Peticiones, Poderes y Reglamento; Acción Social y Salud Pública; Legislación Penal; Educación; Familia, Niñez y Juventudes y Mujeres y Diversidad.
Pero, en la reunión que mantuvieron el pasado 17 de marzo los jefes de bloques junto a Massa -previo a que se decretara la cuarentena obligatoria-, se acordó que el resto de las comisiones quedarían constituidas por esta vía.
En la resolución 614/20, firmada el pasado 19 de marzo, y que se conoció este jueves, Massa argumentó que “la evolución de la situación sanitaria de público y notorio exige que se adopten medidas rápidas, eficaces y urgentes, necesarias para el funcionamiento de este Honorable Cuerpo”, informó El Parlamentario.
En ese sentido, el titular de la Cámara baja expresó que la emergencia “impone que por dichas razones y de oportunidad, mérito y conveniencia se disponga la integración y constitución de las comisiones de trabajo legislativo de este Cuerpo”.
